UP

Didnt have a very sound sleep last night. I thought it might be the milk tea i had during lecture break. Oh my,i really cant take any drinks with caffeine after a certain time. Besides, i had a bad dream, cant really remember the details but its sortof related to spirits. Hmm...

Anyway,today i managed to do some revision plus packing of the winter wears to the respective bags plus i've finally returned kl her luggage :) well, went for another jog just now, though it isnt for very long but i am glad that there was an improvement in the stamina. Have to slowly build up the mileage plus momentum.It requires much more determination & perseverance when you lost the stamina after some times. In another word, you feel like its TOUGH work. Haha. Really, so in order not to make things harder for me, i've decided to take the 'easier' way out, that is to start now.

Thinking back, i didnt pick up jogging as a routine only in the year 2006 May?Haha, the reason i started to jog at that time was because i wanted to prepare myself for the test to get into the Police Force. Lol. In the end, i didnt make it in but i continue jogging as i found my tummy to be a disgust when i wore my pants. It really took quite awhile before i saw some improvements in my tummy & also, i felt good about my body. Besides, i feel i am more optimistic when i exercise regularly.

Last year,i ate quite alot of junk food & didnt go for regular jogs & the tummy slowly ballooned. Right now, i've decided to jog on alternate days to stay healthy & also to give my mind a boost. With a healthy body, the mind will work better & i need a healthy mind for the preparation of the coming exams.

Hmm.. When was the last time you went for a jog? Why not pick your jogging shoes & start once again? You just need to start a step out & get going. :)
