Normal day
Today was rather a good day spent.Guess what time did i wake up?0615. lol.You didnt see wrongly,something was bothering me & i did not sleep well. Anyway, i woke up & do abit of reading for aggregate supply & proceeded to edit the invitation card for the coming X'mas event.After which,i met xue @ Parkway parade. We decided to visit the library @ Marine Parade. I like the library there though the air-conditioner is exceptionally freezing.
We spend about 4 hours in there doing some reading & then we headed to ECP to have something at the Hongkong Cafe. It was my 2nd time there and i wanted to try out more of the food there (the 1st time i was sick, could only eat porridge) I ordered the Spicy & sour La mian while she had the Curry chicken bento set.
In fact, i think the set is priced at quite a reasonable price & the food i would rate it slightly above average.Perhaps 7/10. LEt's see what my set has
-La mian was Q with pieces of toufu & green peas.
-rice with a piece of pork belly?A piece of Fish (tt is deep-fried together w Bringal),lotus (deep-fried with something inbetween)
-Colelaw
-pieces of pumpkins
-piece of braised toufu + egg
-bowl of vege soup (orange in color,westernized kind)
-side dish of appetiser
-a piece of ball (which tasted like fish&sotong combi) in curry sauce
-a durian pudding
Xue's bento is almost the same as mine except that her main is chicken curry with rice
That seemed like eating alot right? Haha, but the meal was enjoyable with such a varieties. We both share 3 pieces of xiao long bao. The meal comes up to $26.80 if im not wrong.
Yeah,afterwhich we went to have a chat at the rocks near the sea.It has been a long time i 've been to the beach like this.It makes me wonder why i have not been setting aside time & just do things like this today... We chatted till the sun set & left for home. Overall, the day was well-spent. Gotta read up abit on inflation & go to bed early..tomorrow's another long & early day... Consolation for tmr 'Haunted mansion' would be on channel 5, 2015.
Arhhh... have yet to pack my luggage. Dont think i would be doing it tmr. Have to do it on Mon & Tues lieo...So lazy....
