Perfectionist
Morning.. ydae i was pondering about my thoughts & actions ..& i realised i was abit 'critical' on myself .. haha.. so this is 1 of the trait of my horoscope? I wanted very much to draw up a 'perfect' plan so that i put in enough hours for schoolwork & leisure. The more i plan, the more i find this idea to be contradicting.
Do we equate 'hours' of work to 'outcome' ? True enough that everything must have a balance, and i cannot deny the fact that 'hard work does pay off'
Ydae i was having lesson & the lecturer was talking about 1 of the model which explains that the beta measures the sensitivity to the Factor involved. He illustrated that some students may put in 10 hours to prepare for a test & get perhaps 20 marks but some might spend the same 10 hours & get a higher mark. This shows the beta affects the outcome given the same factor.
Now my thoughts are slightly disorganized, haha. I shall go with the gut feeling, i will put in more time for the weaker subject regardless of hitting any hours being 'clocked' I remembered the time when i was preparing for the 'O's, & i really put in long hours into a subject but the result was not as optimal as expected. Reason being, yes i managed to 'clock' the hours, but the productivity is low.
Since the beta of individuals differs with the factor involved, i guessed its not so productive to be so rigid sometimes. I shall go find the right factor that suits me & the outcomes would be better?
Hope my concept here is right. Lol... bye
