keep moving....
morning!! Have you ever had a cup of hot Camomile tea before? If not, perhaps you can try it out. I find the feeling great when i have 1 cup in the morning not long after i wake up. You can go goggle more information about the tea, it has many other benefits, one of them is to relax the body.
Oh by the way, do you know jogging can be beneficial for both the physical & mental wellness of an individual? The physical part i assumed you guys already know a fair bit, how about mental wellness? In fact, jogging helps to release endorphins which helps you to feel abit happy after the jog.
Jogging helps to train your focus, when you jog, you concentrate on your breathing & the pace of your jog.You can learn to build your perseverance by trying to always jog alittle more when you are low in fuel. Not to say over-push yourself, but giving a little push might let you discover that you have set a limit lower than what you can actually achieved.
Yesterday i went jogging & my willpower wasnt very strong to begin with after such a long break from exercising.I remembered the song which i've posted in those previous entries. I can only remember remnants of it, so i played it in my head
"if you cant climb a mountain then climb a hill, that's much better than standing still..... & little by little...your there "
It gives me a boost & i have to keep replaying this in my head. I believe that i should jog regularly, so that besides keeping myself healthy, i can train my mind at the same time. Training the mind power will have enormous effect on many things we think we cant do, but when equipped with a strong & healthy mind, we believe we can do it.
