less than 3

hur.. the title reveals..."less than 3" wad's tt..?? Its actually <3 = love ...lol..read this from rz's blog sometime ago..i tink its pretty interesting..err..mayb u dun find it interesting..but still i wanna share with u...hehe...

went jogging with kl again...hurhur..perseverance..wo hui jian chi de... im setting a target of removing the remaining flab on my tummy in a month time hopefully.. can see some improvement la..but kindof slow though..started my jogging regime 1 month ago.. really hope can see better results...

i found tt whenever i go jogging.. i will always have this inner voice popping out of nowhere to remind me that "its really tiring to jog for so long" ... but another voice would also pop out to remind me "its ok...just go s-l-o-w... it will be fine...slowwwwwwwwww" i guessed it all led to how u play with ur mind... & jogging how many rounds or wadsoever is juz a number... dont limit urself to NUMERO ... just go slowwwwwwwwwwwwww...hehe...

alrite...here's my meal intake todae...

breakfast: Pork porridge + 1egg

lunch: fish soup + luncheon meat bun

dinner: bandito meal + chicken rice ( i noe its pretty heavy! lol..yet to taken my chicken rice though..feeling quite full)

lately..i've been feeling hungry quite often... is it my metabolism has increased??? But still... i hav to watch my diet...anyway... im still tinking whether i shud join the parents to Penang anot...should i or should i not?
