daily record of food intake

heyo..decided to keep a record of what i've been eating ..so that i can keep track of my diet . ..together with my exercises... im not so into losing weight..but more of trying to get fitter/healthier...hm... shall post "results" of the fitness programme if there is..haha..

morning: 2 half-boiled egg + 1 dry mee kia

afternoon: porridge + black mushroom + some green veggie + bits of stir fried potatoes + olive veg
: a cup of ribena apple

dinner: Laksa

if u peeps tink im eating too much or too little.. pls feel free to tell me.. =)
