1st & 2nd Oct
yoz! im back for blogging...the whole house looks so dark now....going to have a downpour real soon...yup..juz got up ard 1230pm...too tired la...juz came back ydae ard 7++pm....
1st Oct..
took a cab with parents & mum's fren to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal lor...took a ferry there...woah..the passengers all so "kiasu" all rushing to go up...duhz...it was quite a long journey...nearly 2 hrs....the sea is indeed a vast one...
after reaching there..we checked into Bintan Agro Resort...i muz say that the design & architecture layout is beautiful ... they have many types of houses...we stayed in the cottage which consists of (my Uncle,Mum's fren & also Dad's fren) For further information, you may want to visit http://www.bintanagro.com/
actually i thot the place is a very scenic place for a chalet..haha..but too bad...nobody's goin to take the hassle juz to come for a chalet la....
after checking in....all of us met up (total of 42 peeps...mainly the middle-aged group ...only me & 2 more kids...i tink they are in pri sch bah) took the bus to eat at a realli posh restaurant...posh becoz in the area itself...it appears super grand...quite a contrast from the rundown houses...dinner was too nutritional... Gosh.... first time in my life..i ate ESCARGOT!!! bleahz..it tasted like sotong leh..lol....they called it "gong-gong" ...we ate outside the restaurant ...next to a river...yeah..& we have some indonesian crackers...shark-fins,Veggie,Wild boar meat...fish,fruits...etc (cant rem lieo...) & also canned drinks/wines/beers...after eating..they hav the karaoke going on inside the restaurant....all the uncles & aunties very happening sia..lol..they sang & even danced tangos or cha-cha...didnt noe the names of the dance..i was feeling quite sian already...coz they sang those Hokkien/Chinese songs that i never heard of..haha...& also after having a quarter glass of guinness black stout..i felt like ZzZZzzzZz....
oh ya...forgot to mention...the time there is an hr slower den Spore...juz like for Cambodia..yeah...if i did not remember wrongly..we left around 10++pm (ST)
back to the resort...we walked a small "pasar malam" within the resort...woah...bought a coconut...very HUGE one...i drank the whole coconut until i was so bloated...they 'll helped to open up the coconut after u had finished drinking to consume the flesh...yep..bought a Meiji chocolate ice-cream too....costs 15,000 Rupiah..which is ard $2++ ....the currency there is $1 : 6,000 Rupiah
after walking ard....all of us who are staying together went back to the resort to bathe & rest..while the rest continued their karaoke till 2am (Singapore-time) There is a tv each in the bedroom (except for mine) & also a bathroom in every room...
listened to some songs b4 i fell asleep ard 1+am (ST)
2nd Oct..
Got up ard 7+ (ST) to have a bath & packed our stuff...went out to have breakfast @ the lobby...there were scrambled fried eggs...noodles...fish porridge...toast...coffee...many different types of kuehs...yeah..after tt...i went to explore the vicinity with mum & her fren...took quite a no. of pics & video...but as the memory is limited...i couldnt take more than i wanted....
we left the hotel & went to a beach...took some pics there lor..i found a very tiny crab shell almoz intact...after basking in the sun for so long..the shell sumhow cracks easily...i took it back with me...wanted to paint some colors on its white shell when we return Singapore.... [ i threw it away after i reached home..coz almoz all its legs dropped !!! =( ]
after taking some pics @ the beach...we left for a temple...while the ppl went to pray...i walked ard taking more pics..soon..it started to drizzle & the wind was strong...took a video of the kelong scenery...
next..we were back to the same posh restaurant for our lunch....felt so sick to eat the food actually...we had gong-gong,black-peppered crabs,mussels,veggie,fish,prawns & fruits + drinks...been eating sea-food for the past 2 days...felt funny for my digestive system....sumhow i felt the food were over-nutrition...lol...
went to explore the vicinity where they hav the "mama shop" (but the shop is on the sea itself) took some pics of the locals there...so cute...the gals posed for me...hehe...yup...later on..some of the us moved on to visit a shopping centre....there's not much for me to buy there..wanted to get some things ...but nothing caught my eyes leh...
actually in the schedule itself...we were to visit the markets there.... but becoz of time-constraint...we didnt go...how disappointing! i wanted to take some pics of how the market is...did save some memory for the fotos-shoot...luckily..i took a no. of pics along the way..if not..i will regret for not doing so!! hehe...
yeah..after that we left for the Ferry Terminal...As usual...the peeps were squeezing & rushing to get on board...zzzz...the ferry took another 2 hrs to reach shore bah..so tiring...i slept on the way back....by the time we reached Singapore..its ard 6+pm lieo..the custom was strict la...so..it took quite some time to clear....by the time we reached home..it was nearly 8pm...yup...& i spent the rest of the nite watching Tv...zzzZZZ.....knocked off @ 0100....

the house has been this dark since i blogged...but it still isnt raining...maybe going for another nap? Haha...but mayb not bah..since i juz had my dark coffee an hr ago...yeah..tomorrow's another day out... ^^ meeting the colleagues for lunch....& nite time...meeting th YEP group for steamboat @ Marina .... i guessed after tmr... i wun be having much activites...except the coming chalet on the 14th ...after the chalet..gonna have my IS enrolment soon...& 2 weeks later...sch's gonna reopens...yeah!! @ least i got better things to do la..lol...rather den spending my time napping...watching tv....online...& more tv....& also unnecessary brooding of stuffs...haha...
although the trip was a short one..but it was quite enjoyable la...enjoyed the scenic & natural views which are not available in our country.... if u peeps wanna see the pics...ask me bah..coz im not going to upload it here..... yup... signing out....BYE!
